Another gem from the archives of Rep. Cynthia Davis, R-O'Fallon, termed by MSNBC's Keith Olberman as the "worst person in the world" tonight.
In this video, Rep. Davis, speaking to the O"Fallon Senior Council in August 2008 claims rural people don't pay enough taxes and that her constituents are handling more than their share of the burden. She doesn't seem to think much of the rural area of the state. At one point, Rep. Davis says, "They honestly don't understand. It's my job to try to educate them."
Since many rural people and rural legislators probably have not had a chance to hear what Rep. Davis had to say, here it is:
