What a terrible situation. I guess my question is “what does the family expect to get out of a ruling in their favor?”
Peace of mind? No way a 19 yr old has enough assets to make you feel better about your son’s tragedy.
Glocks do not have a traditional safety. If you aren’t familiar with firearms, you certainly shouldn’t handle a Glock.
Accountability
Any member of a well regulated militia would know these things.
No court judgement will ever compare to the daily thoughts that must be in this young man’s memory. I couldn’t even imagine it. Tragic event for all involved. God Bless all the families.
