A June 19 trial date has been scheduled for Rep. Joseph Aull, D-Kansas City, who is charged with illegally allowing Sen. Jeff Smith, D-St. Louis, to use his identification to gamble July 31 during a lobbyist-paid junket to the Isle of Capri casino in Boonville.
The case will be heard in Pettis County Circuit Court on a change of venue from Cooper County.
At the moment, Smith's trial is still planned for Cooper County sometime this summer.
