Dead heat in the Fourth District: Ike Skelton leads by three votes

With eight precincts in, Republican challenger Vicky Hartzler has cut Ike Skelton's lead to three votes, 2,321 to 2,318.

It appears that Ms. Hartzler's consistent effort to link Skelton with Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama may be paying dividends.
