Jane Cunningham: Gov. Nixon violated Constitution with health care exchange actions

Wow. It is amazing how this rich, white, St. Louis suburban lady thinks she knows what is best for all of the folks out here struggling to pay for healthcare. We need help, and with as much power as the health insurance companies have, our state legislature should be working for us, the people, and not pushing an agenda that promotes the interests of healthcare insurance companies and the status quo, which is not working.
I don't know where Jane Cunningham took Constitutional Law? But I wonder if she passed it . . . If the planning grant for the exchange and the technology necessary to support it is not accepted and the work begun soon, medicaid will be in deep trouble in Missouri and will not be able to comply with the Federal requirements that will be effective soon. How does Senator Cunningham propose to make up what we as a State will lose? A big sales tax?
