Tilley inducts Dred Scott into Hall of Famous Missourians
In the accompanying video, Speaker of the House Steve Tilley, R-Perryville, inducts Dred Scott into the Hall of Famous Missourians. No word yet about the timing of the induction of Rush Limbaugh.
