Hartzler applauds Supreme Court decision on vaccine mandate

Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler (R-Mo.) released the following statement regarding the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling to block enforcement of a vaccine mandate for businesses with 100 or more employees:

“Today is a win for American freedom, our Constitution, and the rule of law. President Biden had no authority to mandate vaccines through the illegal OSHA overreach – and the ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court validates this fact.

Now, we must codify this ruling into law through my legislation, the Stop Federal Vaccine Mandates for Employees Act, to make sure these authoritarian mandates never happen again.”
