The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed a felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charge today against a Carl Junction man.
According to the probable cause statement, Beau Brackney Daly (DOB 1988) posted sexual images of a woman on her SnapChat story using her account. The woman had not had access to her account since August when the man allegedly changed her SnapChat password.
From the probable cause statement:
Two of the images that Beau had posted showed VICTIM 1’s pubic area and were sexual in nature. Screenshots were also made by VICTIM 1 between her and Beau.During their conversation, VICTIM confronted Beau and he stated the following: - “You have way worse pics on there and you know it. All the photos you had were already sent by you to other people. And you’re right my emotions got the best of me and it was wrong.”
-“Is there a way to get the Snapchat back to you?”
- “I changed the password if you want the account. I can give it to you.” -
“I’m ashamed and embarrassed of my actions. That’s not who I am or want to be”
- “I’m just begging you please not do anything with this. That’s all I need is something else to wrong. I know you’re a caring person and don’t want to see people struggle. I’m just asking you to forgive me for my actions.”
Attempts to contact and question Beau have been attempted and unsuccessful. The victim wishes to assist with the prosecution in this case.
