A Joplin man who was sentenced to 10 years in a federal prison for possession of child pornography in 2015 may be about to have his probation revoked ... for a second time.
Frank Ness served eight years of his 10-year sentence before being released in 2023. It didn't take him long to violate the terms of his probation, according to U. S. District Court records.
Though the violation was not specified in records that are open to the public, Judge Douglas Harpool sentenced Ness to seven months in prison in April 2024.
Ness may be heading back to prison. A probation revocation is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday in U. S. District Court in Springfield. Again, the nature of his alleged violation is not mentioned in public records.

For all you Leftist Liberal Demoncrats, Rehabilitation of Criminals, NEVER WORKS - Yet you continue to want to give Criminals every chance, to cut deals and probation, and then release them back on Society which never works.

Biden granted more acts of clemency than any prior president in HISTORY.
Over four years, Biden issued 80 pardons and 4,165 commutations for a total of 4,245 acts of clemency, including all his own Family Members - Joe Biden pardoned his son, and all his siblings and their spouses on his way out of the White House - WHY?
Trump in his previous four years in office, Pardoned issued 144 pardons and 94 commutations.
Obama in his previous eight years in office, Pardoned issued 212 pardons and 1715 commutations. His Buddy Sleepy Joe Biden Pardoned - TWICE as Many in just 4-Years - WOW!
