Excellent production at Stone's Throw Dinner Theatre

If you get a chance, check out the latest Stone's Throw Dinner Theatre production of Neil Simon's "Jake's Women." Performances are scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday afternoon.

I attended last Friday night's performance and, as usual, walked away impressed with the work done by the performers and crew. Former area radio personality Tom Brown has the lead role in the comedy, and the cast also includes Joplin High School (and former South Middle School) student Fox Navarre and her mother Shanti Navarre, as well as Carthage real estate agent Linda Bailey, who has been steadily adding to her list of solid comedy performances at Stone's Throw.

The performance is directed by former JHS drama instructor Doug Dickey.

Call 417-358-9665 to make reservations. The theatre is located at 796 South Stone Lane, Carthage.
