Sinquefield contributes $5,001 to Ed Emery

The new year is starting pretty much the same way the old one ended for retired billionaire Rex Sinquefield. Sinquefield, who contributed more than $600,000 to favored candidates and committees in 2009, contributed $5,001 to the senate campaign of Rep. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, today, according to a 48-bour report filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
