PBS stations KOZJ and KOZK (Joplin and Springfield) will cover Gov. Jay Nixon's State of the State message and the Republican response offered by Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder on a delayed basis, beginning at 9 p.m. Wednesday.
The speeches will be broadcasted live, beginning at 7 p.m. on Springfield public radio station KSMU.
