Twelve COVID-19 cases added to Joplin count

City of Joplin's COVID-19 total stands at 419 after 12 more were confirmed, according to statistics posted by the Joplin Health Department.

The number of active cases fell from 32 to 30 over the past 48 hours, though the number under quarantine increased from 96 to 101.








The number of people who are in Joplin hospitals with the coronavirus remained at 23, but the number of Joplin residents who are hospitalized went from three to two.

The city has recorded 21 COVID-19 deaths.
