Missouri reports record high number hospitalized for COVID-19, two deaths

 

The number of Missourians hospitalized for COVID-19 treatment reached an all-time high of 1,064, according to statistics released this afternoon by the Department of Health and Senior Services.

An additional 1,328 cases were confirmed, raising the total to 112,844 with two deaths, putting the state's toll at 1,795.

The percentage of positive tests inched upward to 11.8 percent.
