Probable cause: Webb City man offers Facebook friend money for explicit photos, videos


The Newton County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed a misdemeanor sexual misconduct charge Friday against Danny Lee George (DOB 1968), Webb City, who allegedly tried to solicit explicit photos and videos of a Newton County woman July 31.

From the probable cause statement:

Mr. George contacted Vl through Facebook at which time Vl accepted a friend request and began speaking with Mr. George through Facebook Messenger.






 

During the conversation, Mr. George offered Vl money if she would send him explicit photos and videos. Vl stated Mr. George continued to harass her stating he lives in Webb City Missouri and when she wanted to make some money to contact him. 

Mr. George was located at Webb City Missouri where he was questioned about his statements. Mr. George stated he needed counseling and that he had spoken with Vl and offered money to Vl. 

The case was investigated by the Newton County Sheriff's Office.

America has laws, Danny Lee George, should have known better.
Solicitation / Patronizing Prostitution for on money - on Facebook/Meta and through his Cell Phone - is a great way to leave a completely documented trail of evidence to secure your prosecution. People are just Dumb!
