Great appointment. There sure isn't any to pick from in Lawrence, Newton, or Barry County.
Hope he isn't one of the chimo helping judges.
I wonder why he didn’t pick the judge that threw a fit about his internet being down while other people were without power…. Feel free to add his name if needed
5:21AM Yes, the Whiny Azz Judge you are thinking of is Jasper County Associate Circuit Judge John Nicholas. Judge Nicholas called police dispatch and the city administrator three times demanding that city emergency resources be diverted from life-threatening situations (like downed power lines and blocked roads) to his residence immediately.
Judge Nicholas received a reprimand from the Missouri Supreme Court after an intense storm knocked a utility/internet cable down at his Carthage home. Carthage Police Chief Bill Hawkins and the City Manager filed a complaint regarding his conduct. Judge Nicholas ultimately admitted to the misconduct and received an official reprimand from the Missouri Supreme Court in January 2024. Do you think Judge Nicholas, has learned to SHUT UP HIS PIEHOLE AND STOP TRYING TO THROW HIS TITLE OF JUDGE AROUND TO GET PREFENTIAL TREATMENT?
lol
I tried some searches for Missouri judges behaving badly. There were some shocking things. Judge Elvis Wig has left the courtroom, but that's not the judge.
Was it Jasper County's Judge John A. ' Wet and Frustrated' Nicholas?

Objection! Assumes a fact not in evidence.
