I wonder if the budget amendment to the general fund is to pay Paul Martin more money?
This whole thing could been over in July if not for the Mayors constant delays ...Personally I think the citzens deserve answers to some of these questions, but the longer our mayor drags it out more its costing the city...
Sure, it is the mayors fault, nothing at all to do with the CCU Cronies and their financial interest in the council. Nothing to do with Dagnan getting fired because he busted their buddy for stealing tons of money, nothing to do with the Mayor and Dagnan stopping a land deal where the city would have paid more the 2 million over assessed value (from Heckmaster's friends BTW).
I dont have anything against Dagnan but I do have questions about his hiring and this severance package he received without any approval from council. I think both sides have bent rules and its time it all stops and our city government starts working for citzen of Carthage.
