Richard receives $7,500 from Ameren UE

Rep. Ron Richard, R-Joplin, the speaker of the house in waiting, received a $7,500 campaign contribution from Ameren UE, according to a 48-hour report filed Tuesday with the Missouri Ethics Commission.
