A WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST FRIDAY.
* SHORT TERM TRENDS...WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE 5 BELOW TO 15 BELOW
ZERO RANGE WILL CONTINUE TO BE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING ALONG AND
NORTH OF THE INTERSTATE 44 CORRIDOR. WIND CHILLS ARE THEN
EXPECTED TO IMPROVE INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE TO THE LOWER
TEENS THIS AFTERNOON.
* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF THE
INTERSTATE 44 CORRIDOR THROUGH MID MORNING ON FRIDAY.
* WIND CHILL VALUES...WIND CHILLS BELOW ZERO WILL CONTINUE THIS
MORNING...WITH WIND CHILLS ONCE AGAIN DROPPING INTO THE 8 TO 15
BELOW ZERO RANGE LATE TONIGHT INTO EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.
* IMPACTS...EXTREMELY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL RESULT IN DANGEROUS
CONDITIONS FOR ANYONE OUTDOORS. FROSTBITE WILL BE POSSIBLE ON
EXPOSED SKIN IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
