With one week to go before the first official signing at Hastings Books in Joplin next Saturday, our book, 5:41: Stories from the Joplin Tornado, received a trial run today at the annual Midwest Gathering of the Artists at Memorial Hall in Carthage.
The book received a favorable reaction from those attending. Co-author John Hacker, who was exhibiting some of his powerful lightning photographs, also had copies of the book for sale.
