The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, processing background checks for potential students, processing and tracking student applications, answering and tracking inquiries requesting program information, and other duties as assigned. Plus, the person preforming this position must create and formalize all reports to local, state, and federal agencies. Review and analyze the data in order to create reports. Other duties are to assist the bookkeeper when needed. Collect data from graduated students for reporting purposes. The person for this job must possess the ability to formalize written correspondence, have excellent computer skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access).

It would SEEM ironic for the above comment to contain an error of its own wouldn't it?
Yes, it certainly would. That is why I am not applying for the job.
I the real world this is a clerks position. I also notice that the pay is not listed. It will probably be a whopper. They must be hiring a friend or relative.
