Vaden, 22, Carl Junction, is charged with second degree murder and felony child abuse in connection with the death of three-year-old Jayda Kyle.
A list of the prosecution's evidence, provided following a discovery motion by defense attorney Tracey Martin, shows that the evidence includes an audio recording of an interview with Vaden on November 28, the day Jayda was taken to the hospital with the injuries that eventually killed her, and a video recording of an interview with Vaden from December 6, the day he was arrested.
The list also includes reports from the Carl Junction Police Department and Jasper County Sheriff's Department, the autopsy report, crime scene photographs and Vaden's written statement.
The prosecuting attorney submitted the following witness list earlier

Rumor has it, the BLM and NAACP are in Joplin! Poop is about to hit the fan!
ReplyDeleteIt really doesn't matter at this point because of several key points.
ReplyDelete- Judd is still on the loose.
- Jasper County conducted the investigation versus an outside entity (which the case really needed)
- Did I already mention that Judd is still on the loose?
- Jasper County judicial system is corrupt.
- CJ PD conducted initial "investigation." LOL,joke.
- Jasper County PD now conducting the investigation. Wait, didn't Judd used to be on the force? LOL, another joke.
- Don't even get me started about Dankelson.
- The McPherson's can afford to buy their way out of it.
- Lastly, it's Joplin, need I say more.
Out of all this evidence , & that's your best comment? Dankleson is no longer on the case , so that is irrelevant. A child was murdered !!!!
DeleteI remember when it was supposed to be all lives matter.
ReplyDelete528, All lives do matter. BLM over estimated this countries comprehension and attention spans. They should have called it Black Lives Matter Also.
