A Joplin man waived his preliminary hearing Thursday in Jasper County Circuit Court and was bound over for trial on one count of statutory rape, two counts of statutory sodomy and one count of furnishing pornographic material to a minor.Buggey was an employee of Tilt Studios at Northpark Mall Joplin at the time of his arrest.
According to the probable cause statement, the crimes allegedly took place with a girl who was under age 12, at a friend's home during June and July and involved Buggey showing the child pornography on his phone and then convincing her to do the same sexual acts that were in the video.
