Jill Carter campaign raises $47K, spends $35K since July 1


The Jill Carter campaign reported receiving $47,202.90 and spending $35,369.94 since July 1, according to the 8-days-before-election disclosure report filed today with the Missouri Ethics Commission.

Carter, a first-time candidate who is seeking to unseat incumbent Bill White, had $35,765.06 in the bank at the end of the reporting period.

Carter spent $19,950 for "media" and $2,400 with Zimmer Marketing, according to the report.
