Carson, 57, and his wife, Janine Carson, 39, are charged with sexual exploitation of a child.
A detention hearing followed the arraignment. The government's motion was taken under advisement. Carson will remain in the Greene County Detention Center while awaiting the decision.

Have they gone to trial yet and been convicted? Are both in prison now?
Are both in prison now? They were scheduled to go to court August 10, 2026 but haven’t heard results of trial or plea bargains.
