Continuing the streak that has lasted throughout his brother's term as governor, first lobbyist Andrew Blunt filed another no-expenditure report this month with the Missouri Ethics Commission. The report was posted today on the Commission website.
Blunt has not spent a cent on lobbying activities during the three years plus that Matt Blunt has been in office. And still Andrew Blunt has a roster of heavy-hitting clients. It must be someone he knows.
