First lobbyist Andrew Blunt has continued his remarkable streak of never paying a cent to influence legislators.
According to his disclosure report, posted today on the Missouri Ethics Commission website, Blunt, who continues to land top-drawer clients, did not pay a penny on behalf of his clients, nor has he done so since his brother Matt became governor in 2005.
