Speaker-in-waiting Ron Richard, R-Joplin, received a $25,000 contribution from the Southwest Missouri Leadership PAC on the same day the company received $5,000 from Ameristar Casinos and one day after it received $10,000 from the Quapaw Tribe, owner of Downstream Casino, according to the October quarterly report filed today by the PAC.
The Southwest Missouri Leadership PAC and Richard share the same committee treasurer, Joplin CPA Nick Myers.

Other contributions came from:
Rudy Farber, Neosho, $10,000; Leggett & Platt, Carthage, $5,000; and Wal-Mart, $500
