After reading the list of charges, seeing that she is going to have a public defender, and walking with no bond, I am shocked! WTH??

Poor Ian Lewis, he has to defend a real snake!

She doesn't appear to be a flight risk, else she'd have gotten out of Dodge a long time ago; that the court has determined she doesn't have the resources to pay for her own defense emphasizes that.

When bail is demanded it is to encourage a defendant to stay around for the trial, it not supposed to be a pre-conviction form of punishment.

Politicians like Steve and Rita Hunter can climb to the top of the mountain but strangly chose to jump off the cliff, rather than follow the rule of law and the Golden Rule and quietly follow the path that got them there, to return to the bottom.

Did they do that just to entertain us?
