Jasper County COVID-19 total at 1,182 with 14 new cases added

Jasper County's COVID-19 number continued to rise with another 14 cases during a 24-hour period bringing the total to 1,181, according to statistics posted Wednesday evening on the Jasper County Health Department's Facebook page.

The number of people under isolation increased from 107 to 117 while the number hospitalized dipped from 18 to 17.

Jasper County has had only one death.

The statistics do not include the portion of Jasper County that is located in the Joplin city limits.
