Federal grand jury indicts Neosho man, Seneca woman on meth charges


A grand jury indictment of a Neosho man and a Seneca woman for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute was unsealed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

The indictment alleges Justin S. Farley, 31, Neosho, and Mallori L. Phillips, 32, Seneca, committed the crimes on March 17 in Newton County.








Their initial appearances were held today in Springfield. Detention hearings for both are scheduled for Thursday.

According to Newton County Circuit Court online records, Farley and Phillips are awaiting trial on charges drug trafficking, resisting arrest and tampering with evidence in connection with the same incident.
