Deputies discovered the body of Sanders, 46, when they responded to a medical call at 2755 High Street, Sarcoxie, 8:58 p.m. Wednesday.
In a news release issued moments ago, the Sheriff's Office said the vehicle may have been on the parking lot at the Kum & Go, 2577 High Street, Sarcoxie during the afternoon Wednesday.
