Hartwell, Hird sworn in Joplin R-8 board members

Rylee Hartwell and John Hird were sworn in as members of the Joplin R-8 Board of Education tonight.

Earlier in the meeting, the two board members they are replacing, Debbie Fort and Lori Musser, both of whom previously served as building principals in the district, were recognized for their service.

Because this is still(barely) America. Masks don't work, never have, they just make the branchcovidians feel better. I honestly don't see why everyone is so mad at the China Virus. I mean, it almost completely eradicated the flu. That's gotta count for something. We had 38 million flu cases in 2019,less than 2 thousand in 2020.
This is the first time in history that one seasonal ailment has completely replaced another one with nearly identical symptoms.
They lifted the mask mandate a while back, I was told we'd all be dead by now. If you're scared stay home, I'm gonna go ahead and live my life.

It's very likely that the morons that insist on telling everyone that masks don't reduce the transmission of covid were raised by morons who were convinced that wearing seatbelts was dangerous.

'If there's an accident and I am unconscious or trapped and my car is on fire and sinking in a lake the gubmint seatbelt will be the cause of my death!'

Do you morons disconnect all the airbags in your vehicles so they can't save your life?

I am incredulous that Hartwell was even elected.
He works at MSSU, which I would think would show favoritism when trying to get local students to enroll.
As far as masks, "morons" tend to follow the crowd or try to be "politically correct." That is a huge difference between Hartwell and Hird. Yet another reason Harwell is not to be trusted, much less elected.

A year ago the president the know nothings elected in 2016 suggested disinfectants and bright lights should be used to treat the coronavirus.

A certain segment of the population ate that up just like they ate up Trump's other coronavirus lies.

Now this segment measures everything by whether or not a person belongs to their cult of covid stupid.

Not thinking masks work = Trump's bright light enemas = the mark of stupid = Trump voter.

There is a reason why more than half a million Americans were killed by Republican Coronavirus denial and stupidity, you can see the same stupidity right here.

Critical thinking is dead. It's much easier to fool someone than it is to convince them that they have been fooled.
