Joplin Health Department confirms eight COVID-19 cases


The Joplin Health Department confirmed eight new COVID-19 cases, according to statistics posted Tuesday night on the city's website.

The city's total of coronavirus cases stands at 5,986, including 20 active cases.

Joplin has recorded 130 deaths due to COVID-19.
