COUNCIL BILL NO. 2021-269

AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of 
Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District M-2 (Heavy Industrial) and 
including in District R-1 (Single Family Residential) property as described below and located 
720 S. Minnesota Ave., City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of 
Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District R-1 (Single Family

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2021-005

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to release its interest in real estate owned by New EaglePicher Technologies, LLC for property generally located in Lot Numbered 4 of the Joplin Industrial Park, more specifically described on Exhibit A, authorizing the City Manager to execute a quit claim deed by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2021-137

AN ORDINANCE approving the City of Joplin to enter into a construction agreement with Right-A-Way Sewer Service with annual budgeted amounts of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($250,000.00) for the 2021 Emergency Repairs and On-Call Sewer Contractor project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE  authorizing the issuance of $24,121,328.53 Principal Amount of Sewerage System Refunding Revenue Bonds (State of Missouri – Direct Loan Program) Series 2021 of the City of Joplin, Missouri; Prescribing the form and details of the bonds and the agreements made by the City to facilitate and protect their payment; and Prescribing other related matters; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2021-603

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with PB Hoidale Company, Inc., in the amount of One Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Eight and 71/100 Dollars ($197,488.71) for construction services and installation of an automated diesel fuel system with Diesel Exhaust Fluid dispenser on behalf of the City of Joplin and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin, Missouri (“City”), a Missouri municipal corporation, to enter into agreements with Joplin Schools (“District”), a political subdivision and public school district of the State of Missouri, for the purpose of providing parking space for Memorial Hall; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreements by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.
