A federal grand jury indicted a Noel man for receiving and distributing child pornography.
The indictment, which was unsealed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri alleges Quinton McNeely, 27, committed his crimes as early as September 2, 2020 through June 9.
McDonald County Circuit Court records indicate the McDonald County Sheriff's Office arrested McNeely that day and the prosecuting attorney charged with promoting child pornography, a felony.
