IE, it was likely leaked by a federalist society conservative clerk for one of Hartzler's wingnut justices.
The leaker was motivated to be sure there was no backsliding from the talibangelical approved draft decision.
Here's my take. It was leaked by one of the clerks/activists of one of the 4 leftists on the court. For the intent purpose to intimidate a Justice into changing their vote before the official ruling via the usage of ANTIFA, rent-a-mobs and other assorted street goons. Barrett still has school age children and, unfortunately, I'm sure they won't be off limits to the street trash. The leaker needs to be put under the prison.
Progressive jurisprudence of Samuel Alito brings United States in line with Poland, Saudi Arabia, Transylvania, and similar beacons of classical liberalism!
This is what I believe as well, plus the Dems need something to rile up their base before the mid terms. They can't run on how well the country is doing under their "leadership".
The test will be whether or not anyone gets in trouble for the leak. If not, it was certainly a liberal clerk, and it was planned and approved.
