Warrant issued for former Redings Mill firefighter's arrest on involuntary manslaughter charge

An arrest warrant was issued today for former Redings Mills firefighter Brant Cullen, (DOB 1997) Carl Junction, who is charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the October 19 golf kart incident that killed Tucker Berry, 21, Lockwood.,

In the warrant, Judge Nicole Carlton stipulated that Cullen be booked then released on his own recognizance with the conditions he may not buy or drink alcohol and may not enter any establishments where alcohol is served.

According to the complaint, "Cullen recklessly caused the death of Tucker Berry by operating a golf cart at excessive speeds and swerving, after consuming alcohol, while Tucker Berry was standing on the back of the golf cart and Tucker Berry fell from the golf cart."

Filed by Greg Dagnan.

Even though Carthage got rid of him he's still kicking over rocks and watching the snakes and roaches run.

Isn't this charge a Class C Felony?

He looks quite a bit rougher in his mugshot.

You can't really grow a beard as a firefighter; SCBA mask has to be skintight

Can we get off of Greg Dagnan, he got his money can he go play in his own sandbox? This is about Tucker Berry, losing his life because of Brant Cullen and another Alcohol caused death. Stupid Drunk People - that should have known better - but didn't.

LMFTFY: This story is about the CRIMINAL PROSECUTION of the person driving the golf cart that Tucker Berry was a passenger on before he fell and lost his life.

If you read the court filings you'll see Detective Greg Dagnan's name repeatedly in them. I'm not saying he didn't have competent help in conducting the investigation and collecting and presenting the evidence; but it's not totally off the wall to wonder if this prosecution would be happening without his presence and efforts.

10:34, that's true but if not for Dagnan, this may have been swept under the rug. Our boy here looks mighty ticked off. Nothing like the other picture I saw of him. 8:43, doesn't matter, they fired him.

Could it be he's a little upset at the thought of his drinking buddies that day testifying truthfully in court about the events on that fatal day?

Just now realized that inmate orange and General Lee orange look like a match, and maybe he's not happy about it?

What did Dagnen do for this case? Does he have a new job?

When your mugshot hits the internet and your beard is General Lee Orange...

He was fired right after the accident.
