The Newton County Prosecuting Attorney's office filed statutory sodomy and child molestation charges against Gregory H. Nally (DOB 1999), Joplin, who allegedly assaulted a child from the time she was age 12 to age 15.
According to the probable cause statement, Nally threatened to hurt the child if she told anyone.

Unfortunately, he has probably done this to other children before being caught this time. Especially since he has threatened to harm the child if she told. Way too many children are being sexually abused in our area. Sexual abuse leads to emotional and mental health problems in their future. If the children are not properly treated for the sexual abuse, it will lead to more drug and alcohol abuse, which leads to even more children being neglected or harmed. Sexual abuse of children is frequently a family secret that has been repeated through multiple generations and by keeping it a secret allows it to continue, unfortunately.
Another Sick Pedophile, hopefully Gregory H. Nally, will enjoy his time in prison or other activities while in the thunder doom when they ask to see his papers!

8:33 I found two additional cases on case.net. I’m sure there is additional child victims that haven’t came forward yet. Hopefully, now they will tell someone and the person they tell will bring them forward so they may also tell their story and receive the help they need to go forward with their lives. And he will receive an even much longer sentence, so hopefully he will be very old before ever being released from prison along with all the other child sexual predators in our country and communities.
