Joplin man ordered held without bond on sexual exploitation of children, child porn charges


Spencer Logan Hunt, 32, waived the reading of his indictment Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to three counts of sexual exploitation of children and a single count of receiving and distributing child pornography.

Judge David P. Rush ordered Hunt held without bond following a detention hearing.

A pretrial conference is scheduled for February 18 in U. S. District Court in Springfield.
