McLean trial canceled

The jury trial for Brandie McLean, 28, Joplin, who faces two counts of forgery and one count of endangering the welfare of a child will not begin next Monday as scheduled, according to court records.
Ms. McLean had originally pleaded guilty to the charges, but withdrew the plea after she discovered it could keep her from regaining custody of her children. The endangering the welfare charge was filed after her two-year-old was on the roof of her home, in Webb City where she was living at that time. The Division of Family Services took her four children away from her.
One of the children, Braxton Wooden, 8, was shot to death at the Alba foster home in which he was placed. Ms McLean's attorney, Juddson McPherson, Joplin, has asked for the case to be remanded for a preliminary hearing, which Ms. McLean waived the first time around when she was represented by a public defender.
Court records indicate no decision has been made about a preliminary hearing.

She should never get her kids back!
Just look at where she is now.
Living in a house that has no front door! A blanket is her front door on New Hampshire Ave.
She has not done anything to better herself to get her kids back.
So many people are to blame for the death of this young child including the mother who lost him.
