Jarden profits double

Jarden Corporation, owner of the Sunbeam plant in Neosho, reported second quarter profits of $32.8 million, up from $16 million last year, according to Reuters. Earnings were 58 cents a share.
Sales were up to $754 million, Reuters reported.
