Carthage odor problem subject of NPR story

H. J. Johnson, in his daily newsletter, the Mornin' Mail, says National Public Radio had a reporter from Kansas City in Carthage to report on the odor problem with Renewable Energy Services. DNR officials say the problem appears to be over. I would be extremely cautious in making that kind of a pronouncement.
