Bush congratulates Obama

The Dallas Morning News is reporting that President Bush phoned his congratulations to Sen. Barack Obama:

The president called the president-elect at 10 p.m., Obama aides report, and offered his congratulations.

Obama watched McCain's concession speech from the Hyatt, where he has spent part of the day and where aides and supporters from around the country will be partying until the wee hours.
