In an earlier post, I referenced an interview Rep. Cynthia Davis, termed Worst Person in the World twice last week by Countdown's Keith Olbermann in which she once again disparaged rural people by saying she would have to put on her boots and learn to say Missourah so she could talk with us.
A link to a podcast of that interview is featured below, including Ms. Davis' claims that she was quoted out of context. Unfortunately for Mrs Davis, her comments about hunger being a motivator for children were not taken out of comment. Nearly everyone who has quoted them has quoted extensively from the column in which she said that:
