SW Missouri ag teacher charged with manslaughter in alcohol-related accident
A Logan-Rogersville High School vocational agriculture teacher pleaded not guilty Monday in Webster County Circuit Court to felony charges of involuntary manslaughter and assault in connection with a drunk driving accident in which 84-year-old William Hughes.
Bybee is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond. A bond reduction hearing has been scheduled for Monday, November 4. Bybee's next court hearing following that is 9 a.m. December 2, according to court records.
