WESTERN BARTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI... WESTERN JASPER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI... * UNTIL 900 AM CDT. * AT 518 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS OVER PARTS OF THE AREA. RAINFALL RATES OF OVER AN INCH PER HOUR ARE OCCURRING. ADDITIONAL STORMS FROM NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA OVER THE NEXT HOUR WITH ADDITIONAL PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL. * RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.
