Missouri House Democrats call out GOP on opening day on violence, corruption issues

Missouri House Democrats, though heavily outnumbered, appear ready to do battle during the opehe just opened 2020 legislative session.

In the opening day press conference, Minority Leader Crystal Quade, D-Springfield, said Democrats intend to fight any attempt to tailor legislation to suit campaign donors and are ready to argue that any plan to address the problem in Missouri cities that does not include guns is not a plan at all.
