Judge Douglas Harpool ordered a pre-sentence investigation for Elliot Alden Nelson, 32. No date has been set for the sentencing.
A federal grand jury indicted Nelson June 11, alleging that he used a minor to produce child pornography from April 11 to April 22, 2019 and using the internet and a cell phone to attempt to entice the child victim to engage in criminal sexual activity.
