Joplin R-8 Board to receive update on JHS second semester grades, promotion, diploma eligibility

Joplin High School Principal Steve Gilbreth will update the Joplin R-8 Board of Education Tuesday on how second semester grades, promotions, and eligibility for diplomas will be handled.

The meeting, which is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. will be a virtual meeting due to COVID-19, according to the preliminary agenda.

A closed session to discuss personnel is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
